The 2027 edition is underway

Following the success of the first edition, Padova Climate Action Week returns for its second edition. The event brings together organizations, institutions, and citizens to promote climate action. It channels local and global experiences and expertise to exchange knowledge and transform ideas into practical, immediate solutions for the climate transition.

Why organize a Climate Action Week?

Climate change is already reshaping our economies, our food systems, our cities, and the way we talk about the future. Moving away from fossil fuels, protecting forests and agriculture, and strengthening local communities are challenges that can no longer be postponed.

At the same time, denialism is seeking new legitimacy, and a new "inactivism" is pushing to delay climate commitments. In this context, clear communication and the activation of networks of people working on these issues matter more than ever.

The event aims to accelerate the climate transition by involving everyone who is active in this field, because only by mobilizing society as a whole can we achieve concrete decarbonization goals and build a stronger, more resilient community in the face of future climate challenges.
