Padova Climate Action Week is an event that brings together organizations, institutions, and citizens to promote climate action. It channels local and global experiences and expertise to exchange knowledge and transform ideas into practical, immediate solutions for the climate transition.

Why Padova?

Padova is one of the oldest and largest universities in Italy, a hub that welcomes over 70,000 Italian and international students every year.

Located in an area with a vibrant industrial and entrepreneurial landscape, the city faces a crucial challenge: balancing economic growth with sustainability to protect citizens, local ecosystems, and the fragile beauty of nearby realities like Venice, already under pressure from climate change. 

For this reason, Padova is the ideal laboratory to lead the climate transition, turning debate into action.
